Blanket roll - one or two blankets
Water bottle or canteen
Water purification tablets
Small flashlight or headlamp
Flint (ferrocerium) fire starter
Two 12"x12" pieces of heavy duty tin foil
Knife
Military-style canteen cup or metal cup
Whistle and mirror
Personal eyewear and/or contacts
Personal bee sting kit - if allergic reaction to bees indicated on Health History Form
Personal prescribed medication(s) - if indicated on Health History Form
